 Chocolate Infusion was a pure delight! I highly recommend you attend next year! Plan early as it is limited to 400 or so people. The Miners Foundry is a beautiful venue and the locals gave us such a golden welcome we almost didn't want to leave. The many treats included tastings from local wineries with a bonus of chocolate infused wine. There was a smattering of delectables such as an amazing handmade Italian maple Bordeaux,avant garde infused raw chocolates, pure single source chocolates from around the world just to name a few.   Like chocolate?  Then you will love The Union’s Chocolate Infusion, an afternoon of chocolate, wine, & jazz on Sunday, January 20, 2013.  Taste delectable chocolate creations from chocolatiers and chefs, savor delicious local wines, and enjoy Ludi Hinrichs on piano from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.  Tickets are $20.00 in Advance and $25.00 at the door, and are available at The Union, 464 Sutton Way, Grass Valley. Of course Oakdale's own Cowboy Toffee Company will be there sampling your favorite flavors just in time for Valentine's Day!!!
