Chocolate Infusion was a pure delight! I highly recommend you attend next year! Plan early as it is limited to 400 or so people. The Miners Foundry is a beautiful venue and the locals gave us such a golden welcome we almost didn't want to leave. The many treats included tastings from local wineries with a bonus of chocolate infused wine. There was a smattering of delectables such as an amazing handmade Italian maple Bordeaux,avant garde infused raw chocolates, pure single source chocolates from around the world just to name a few. Of course there was live jazz, and unforgettable Chocolatini's! But our real gift was seeing everyone enjoying themselves and our Cowboy Toffee. As for being Wonkafied! (thank you Rob Lambert) while Cowboy Toffee Company was not named specifically (our Lavender Toffee Miss Bonnie was)Our beloved Oakdale got plugged two times as Cowboy Capital of the World! Which goes right along with our most quoted sayin' "Makin' Oakdale famous, one box at a time!" So to sum it up good times at the Chocolate Infusion Nevada City near Grass Valley.
