We’re keeping a close eye on Texas temps! Because our handcrafted toffee contains chocolate, we only ship when it’s under 73°F to ensure it arrives fresh, perfect, and melt-free.

✅ You can order anytime — we’ll reserve your boxes and ship them the moment the weather cooperates.
📦 Orders ship USPS or UPS (1–5 business days) with 1–3 days for processing once conditions are right.

As much as we’d love to ship year-round, Cowboy Toffee Co. takes pride in quality above all else. We wait for the cool weather so your toffee reaches you just as it leaves our kitchen — smooth, rich, and flawless.

📅 Delivery Times

In most cases, the expected delivery date shown on your receipt or at checkout will reflect 1–5 business days for transit. This estimate depends on the shipping origin, destination, and carrier schedules.
While most packages arrive promptly, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, and in rare cases, it can take up to 14 actual days for your package to arrive.

💌 Handwritten Touches

Every order ships with a handwritten tag — a little piece of Texas hospitality. If y’all would like it to say something special, simply leave a note at checkout, and we’ll make it personal.

📦 Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and that your package can be received at that location.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a $25 re-ship fee plus shipping.

  • If a gift is returned, our team will contact you for an updated address, or you may choose to have it shipped to your home for the same fee.

  • Cowboy Toffee Co. cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for packages lost by the carrier, refused by the recipient, or stolen after delivery (for example, when tracking shows “delivered” but the package was not received).
