Due to the current warm weather conditions, we’ll be pausing shipments temporarily to make sure your toffee arrives just as it should — smooth, rich, and melt-free.

Shipping will resume on December 29th, once temperatures cool back down to toffee-safe levels.

🎁 Holiday Shipping Has Begun! (Weather Permitting)

Cowboy Toffee Co. ships during the cooler months of the year to ensure your toffee arrives every bit as perfect as it leaves our kitchen.
Because our handcrafted toffee contains chocolate, we only ship when temperatures are 73°F or below along the delivery route.

How Shipping Works

✅ You can order anytime — your boxes will be reserved in our system.
🚚 We ship on the next cool-weather day, usually within a few days of your order.
📦 Orders are sent via USPS or UPS (1–5 business days) with 1–3 days of processing once the weather allows.

We love Texas, but the warm spells can be unpredictable — and your toffee’s quality comes first. Waiting for proper temperatures means your order arrives smooth, rich, and melt-free, just the way small-batch toffee should.

📅 Delivery Times

In most cases, the expected delivery date shown on your receipt or at checkout will reflect 1–5 business days for transit. This estimate depends on the shipping origin, destination, and carrier schedules.
While most packages arrive promptly, please note that delivery times are not guaranteed, and in rare cases, it can take up to 14 actual days for your package to arrive.

Every order ships with a handwritten tag — a little piece of Texas hospitality. If y’all would like it to say something special, simply leave a note at checkout, and we’ll make it personal.

📦 Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and that your package can be received at that location.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur a $25 re-ship fee plus shipping.

  • If a gift is returned, our team will contact you for an updated address, or you may choose to have it shipped to your home for the same fee.

  • Cowboy Toffee Co. cannot accept responsibility or issue refunds for packages lost by the carrier, refused by the recipient, or stolen after delivery (for example, when tracking shows “delivered” but the package was not received).
