However, if you are in a part of the U.S. where it is still warm (above 75 degrees) you may want to wait to order, to insure that you get the best quality product possible. Our product does contain chocolate and can melt at temperatures above 75 degrees.

*In most cases, the EXPECTED delivery date is printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1- 5 business days. This is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. Depending on when you order, it could be up to 14 actual days before your package arrives.


We ship all orders with a hand written tag. If Y'all would like it to say something special, just let us know in checkout.

Address Correctness and Delivery Issues

Please make sure that the shipping address provided is correct and that the package is able to be received at that address.

For orders shipped, there will be a $25 re-ship fee plus shipping for packages returned to Cowboy Toffee Company, due to incorrect or incomplete mailing addresses. If a gift is returned, our customer support team will contact the customer via email or phone for an updated shipping address, or the customer may elect to have the candy shipped to their home address for the same fee of $25 plus shipping.

Cowboy Toffee Company cannot accept responsibility or issue a refund for packages LOST by the shipping carrier, refused by the recipient or STOLEN after delivery; for example the tracking number states it has been delivered but  it was not received.
