Chocolate Infusion was a pure delight! I highly recommend you attend next year! Plan early as it is limited to 400 or so people. The Miners Foundry is a beautiful venue and the locals gave us such a golden welcome we almost didn't want to leave. The many treats included tastings from local wineries with a bonus of chocolate infused wine. There was a smattering of delectables such as an amazing handmade Italian maple Bordeaux,avant garde infused raw chocolates, pure single source chocolates from around the world just to name a few.
