Cowboy Toffee began with the batches Sam made as Christmas gifts for family and friends. Nearly three decades later, those homemade gifts became Cowboy Toffee Company.

We use Guittard chocolate, which Guittard documents as slave-free—one of the reasons we choose it.
TOFFEE CARE
For the best flavor and texture, keep your toffee below 70°F so the chocolate does not soften or melt.
To keep your toffee awesome after opening, store it in the refrigerator in an airtight bag, such as a zip-top bag.
