Our youngest son, Judah, had the honor of learning team roping from Oakdale’s own Jerold Camarillo.

If you know rodeo, you know the name. We came to know the man—a champion, teacher and dear friend. Jerold, his sweet sister Christie and everyone at Camp Jerold became part of our trail and part of Cowboy Toffee’s story.

When we created this dark-chocolate and golden-walnut toffee, only one name seemed fitting.

We did not name it The Legend because it sounded Western. We named it for ours.

The Legend begins with our crisp, buttery English toffee, covered in rich Guittard 63% cacao dark chocolate and finished with golden walnuts.

The dark chocolate brings a deep cocoa flavor without overpowering the toffee. The walnuts add a warm, earthy crunch that brings everything together.

It is bold, balanced and quietly confident.

A flavor named for a legend has to hold its own.

Ingredients: Butter (cream, salt), dark chocolate (cacao beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), non-GMO cane sugar and walnuts.

Contains: Milk and tree nuts (walnuts).

We use Guittard chocolate, which Guittard documents as slave-free—one of the reasons we choose it.

TOFFEE CARE

For the best flavor and texture, keep your toffee below 70°F so the chocolate does not soften or melt.

To keep your toffee awesome after opening, store it in the refrigerator in an airtight bag, such as a zip-top bag.
